1It has three complete starting functions:

1Manual start function: Manual and automatic interlocking can be achieved through the conversion switch, and manual start function can be realized

2Automatic manual function: allows three starts, if three attempts are unsuccessful, a "start failure alarm" will be issued and the starting state will be automatically exited; After a successful start, the time from starting to rated load is5-10-15S(varies according to the size of the unit capacity);

3Emergency manual direct start function: When the automatic control device fails, the emergency manual direct start function can be achieved.

IIAutomatic operation: When the water pump unit receives a valid fire signal, if the power supply system of the electric motor fire pump is cut off, there is a phase loss, or the electric pump fails and cannot start normally, the diesel engine fire pump unit will automatically start and operate. Once the power supply system is restored to normal or the electric pump can operate normally, it can automatically switch to the electric pump.

Function Description:

The diesel engine fire pump can be combined with electric pumps, stabilizing pumps, etc. to form an automatic water fire water supply system, and can be linked with the fire control center.

When the diesel engine fire pump unit receives a start command, if the mains power is cut off, the diesel engine automatic control cabinet immediately sends a start signal to the pump unit starting motor, starts the motor, and causes the diesel engine to idle and start. Then gradually adjust the throttle to accelerate the diesel engine until it reaches the rated speed. The control system will automatically monitor the operation of the diesel engine, such as the oil pressure, oil temperature, speed, and outlet pressure of the water pump, and determine whether the diesel engine starts normally through automatic monitoring. If the startup fails, the control system will issue a restart signal. If all three startups fail, the self-control system will issue a failure alarm. When the diesel engine fire pump unit receives a signal that the pipeline pressure is restored or the mains power is restored to normal, the pump unit will quickly slow down and automatically stop after monitoring the idle position for a period of time.
